Bonisch have been commissioned to carry out project management services for DCC.

This project consists of approximately 17km's of road widening along Portobello and Harrington Point Roads on the Dunedin Peninsula to incorporate safety improvements, raising of the pavement due to sea level rise and new cycling and walking facilities.

The scope of services provided by Bonisch to DCC for this project include project management, stake holding consultation, preparation of contract documentation and procurement's strategies, review of design drawings and documentation, tender evaluation, legal surveying and topographical survey.

This project has been underway for nearly two years now and has faced many challenges which Bonisch have had a leading role in navigating.

Construction will commence in January 2018 with a total estimated project cost of $50M.
