EYREWELL SUBDIVISION, CANTERBURY

The Eyrewell subdivision is a rural residential subdivision located approximately 30 minutes drive from Christchurch. The 49 lot subdivision was sensitively designed to create lifestyle block development with a point of difference from other subdivisions in the area.

Design considerations included providing a landscaping plan which would enhance the long development road and entrance way as well as ensuring suitable on-site servicing was available for each lot.
