Bonisch Consultants were pleased to assist Armitage Williams Construction with the build of the first office in Christchurch CBD after the 2010 Quake.
Valued at over $30M the PWC centre is an Iconic building in the heart of the Christchurch. Bonisch undertook all surveying aspects of the the construction from topographical survey, boundary re-definition, structural steel, and window set out.
The building was opened in 2016 and is tenanted by companies such as Champman Tripp, Air NZ, and Tonkin Tayor.
