Vacancies at Bonisch

We’re looking for an intermediate to senior civil engineer to join our of three Chartered Professional Engineers and other qualified professionals in Invercargill.

This role offers the opportunity for end-to-end involvement, from design through to construction supervision on a diverse range of exciting land development and civil infrastructure projects throughout New Zealand.  

The requirements of the role is flexible to suit the successful candidate, but may include the following:

• Working in collaboration with our wider team to deliver investigation, planning, and design of civil roading and 3 waters systems for both private development and public infrastructure. This will include completion of technical design, plan production, technical reports and procurement documentation.

• Construction Management and Contract Administration (CMCA) on active projects, generally working as Engineers representative to NZS3910 contracts.

• Project and job management.

To be successful in this role you will also: 

• Have at least with 5 + years working experience, ideally within a consultant or contracting environment.

• Be technically capable with the ability to write technical reports and deal with complexity in design or construction.

• Be proficient in the use of Civil 3D, or the demonstrated ability to learn and apply new software skills.
